Child talent and social advancement programme Udaan rolls out nationwide
A new pan-India child development initiative titled Udaan: Nayi Peedhi, Naya Kal has been launched with the aim of supporting children with talent and interest who have limited access to structured opportunities. The programme is being executed by Nexura Events in collaboration with Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation and is positioned as a long-term effort focused on confidence-building, guided learning, and ethical exposure.
Udaan allows children to participate by presenting any talent or area of interest they wish to explore or develop. Participants are not restricted to predefined categories, and the programme is designed to encourage individuality and creativity. Organisers said the emphasis remains on enabling children to discover their abilities in a supportive environment, without pressure to conform to specific benchmarks.
Mohit Gandhi, Director and Founder of Nexura Events, Hesper Creations and Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, said the initiative was created to address the gap between talent and access.
Nisha Chauhan, Director and Founder of Nexura Events and Vice President of Pilllars Of SStrengtth Foundation, said the programme focuses on creating a safe and encouraging environment for children and families.
Participation in the Udaan programme is free of cost, with no registration fees, participation charges, grooming fees, or hidden expenses at any stage. The organisers said the initiative has been structured to ensure that financial constraints do not limit participation, allowing children to engage purely based on interest and willingness to learn.
