Human Capital and AI Debate Moves to Centre of NexTech India Platform

Gurugram, February 16, 2026: The sixth edition of the NexTech Human Capital India platform will bring together more than 2,000 CHROs, CXOs, policymakers and technology leaders to examine how artificial intelligence is reshaping workforce strategy and organisational design. The two day gathering will feature over 80 global and Indian speakers and more than 100 HR technology partners. Discussions will focus on the operational impact of AI and generative AI on talent systems, enterprise skilling, inclusive workplace models and the evolving mandate of HR leadership.
