  • KLH Aziz Nagar enters a new phase of NCC accomplishment with its first set of B Certificate cadets

Twenty eight cadets completed two years of structured NCC training, national and state camps, adventure activities and mandatory Army attachment programmes under the 1 Telangana Battalion.

KLH Aziz Nagar Campus has marked a proud and defining milestone with the announcement that its first group of NCC cadets have successfully earned the NCC B Certificate. The achievement represents a significant moment for the campus, which established its NCC unit in 2023 under the 1 Telangana Battalion of the Hyderabad Group within the AP and Telangana Directorate. In a short span, the unit has scaled in strength, discipline and structured capacity building, culminating in twenty eight cadets completing the requirements for one of the most recognised qualifications offered by the National Cadet Corps.
The NCC B Certificate is widely regarded as a foundational achievement that demonstrates a cadet’s capability to undertake advanced leadership roles, deeper training and participation at national platforms. It also serves as the mandatory pathway to the NCC C Certificate, which remains the highest level attainable within the organisation. For many students, the B Certificate offers meaningful career advantage by strengthening eligibility for defence and uniformed services while also supporting academic applications, leadership positions and admission processes at select institutions that recognise NCC performance as part of their evaluation.

The cadets of KLH Aziz Nagar completed an intensive two year training journey that involved drill sessions, weapon handling, physical fitness routines, theory classes and multiple camps. The programme was structured to provide exposure to diverse aspects of military discipline, national integration, civic responsibility and adventure sports, all of which form the foundation of the NCC experience. The cadets were also supported by trained instructors who guided them through syllabus requirements, practical assessments and the discipline expected as part of the B Certificate examination.
As part of their training pathway, five cadets were selected for the National Army Attachment Camp with the Dogra Regiment of the Indian Army. This experience placed them inside an operational Army environment, where they observed the routines, expectations and responsibilities that define a serving unit. The exposure added depth to their understanding of military culture and professionalism. Another cadet represented the AP and Telangana Directorate at the Directorate-Level Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Camp, an event that promotes cultural exchange and national integration among cadets from across the country.

All twenty eight cadets attended the Annual Training Camps twice, fulfilling the mandatory requirement of twenty days of continuous training, where they participated in structured drills, map reading, field craft, tent pitching, social service work and discipline-based learning modules. These camps remain a core part of NCC training and form the practical grounding essential for the B Certificate. The cadets demonstrated consistency, commitment and readiness throughout the process, meeting the standards expected across fitness tests, drills and assessments.
The cadets also participated in adventure activities that strengthened confidence and physical preparedness. Seven cadets took part in the Jeep Parasailing Camp at the Secunderabad Parade Ground, a high-intensity activity conducted under the Hyderabad Group Headquarters. The event is known for its rigorous safety protocols and the courage it demands from participants. For the cadets of KLH Aziz Nagar, this became an important moment of both personal growth and team discipline.

The campus played a central role in facilitating this journey by providing logistical support, training resources and administrative coordination, helping the cadets stay aligned with the expectations of the Battalion and Directorate. The institution ensured that cadets had access to regular drill space, equipment, academic guidance and opportunities to participate in camps and specialised programmes. This consistent support helped shape a strong and cohesive first batch of cadets.
The recognition of the first B Certificate holders marks the beginning of a new chapter for the NCC unit at KLH Aziz Nagar. The achievement underscores the campus’s commitment to developing responsible, confident and nationally conscious young individuals who demonstrate discipline, leadership and character. It also reflects the potential for the unit to grow further, with more cadets expected to pursue the C Certificate in the years ahead and represent the campus at higher platforms.

With this milestone, KLH Aziz Nagar reinforces its long-term commitment to structured training, holistic development and the values of the National Cadet Corps. The first batch of B Certificate holders sets a benchmark for future cadets and positions the campus as a promising centre for NCC excellence within Hyderabad.

  • India’s First Greenfield Deemed University HARI Launched by Heartfulness Under Government Approval

Launched under the vision of Daaji Shri Kamlesh D. Patel, Heartfulness Academy of Research and Innovation HARI begins with agriculture and horticulture degrees and will expand to engineering, architecture, philosophy, and more in alignment with NEP 2020.

A quiet but historic shift in India’s educational landscape begins this week, as the Heartfulness Organization formally launches the Heartfulness Academy of Research and Innovation (HARI) India’s first greenfield private university (deemed to be) approved by the Government of India.
Set within the broader vision of Daaji Shri Kamlesh D. Patel, the Heartfulness Guide and President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission, HARI is designed not just as a centre of learning, but as a transformative space where modern innovation intersects with India’s ancient wisdom, reflecting the principles laid out in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

    A New Academic Blueprint
HARI begins its academic journey this year with the School of Agriculture, offering undergraduate programs in B.Sc. (Agriculture) and B.Sc. (Horticulture). These inaugural offerings point to a long-term commitment toward sustainability, food security, and scientific knowledge grounded in respect for nature.
In the following academic year, the university plans to expand to include the School of Engineering, School of Architecture, School of Management, School of Education, and School of Philosophy. Upcoming programs will include B.Tech, B.Arch, BBA, MBA, B.Ed, and M.A. (Philosophy) each structured to develop not just professional competence but moral clarity, spiritual depth, and social awareness.

Daaji, speaking at the launch, shared:
Our vision for HARI is to create a crucible where ancient Indian wisdom and modern innovation meet a university where students grow in intellect, in values, and in consciousness. True education must not merely inform; it must transform.
This philosophy shapes the very foundation of HARI. Rooted in the environment of Kanha Shanti Vanam, the university stands as a natural extension of the Heartfulness movement’s commitment to holistic living, now translated into structured academic and research pathways.

    Built With Support and Foresight
The Heartfulness Organization extended its appreciation to both the Government of India and the Government of Telangana for their guidance and support in establishing HARI. The curriculum has also benefited from collaborations with scholars and advisors from some of India’s most respected institutions creating a strong blend of policy alignment, academic depth, and purpose-driven pedagogy.
Admissions for the inaugural programs are now open. As HARI welcomes its first batch of students, it also opens its doors to educators, researchers, and global partners looking to be part of a new chapter in Indian higher education one rooted in self-discovery, global relevance, and values-driven innovation.
