  • Max Estates Concludes Affordable Housing Collaboration, Completes a Two Phase Housing Project in Rewari District

Vachan Singh, Chief Operating Officer, Max Estates Limited, and Anand Kumar Bolimera, National Director, Habitat for Humanity India, share perspectives on the completion of the initiative

Max Estates Limited has completed a two phase affordable housing project in Haryana’s Rewari district in partnership with Habitat for Humanity India, marking the conclusion of a community focused collaboration aimed at expanding access to permanent housing.
The initiative was executed across two villages in the district. Phase one saw the completion and handover of 25 homes in Aakera village in November 2024, followed by the delivery of 29 homes in Bhudla village on 10 February 2026. Together, the two phases account for 54 newly constructed homes.

The completion of the second phase was marked by a handover ceremony attended by homeowners, village representatives, and teams from both organisations. The event acknowledged the culmination of construction activities and the transition of the homes to resident families.
The housing units have been designed to address core aspects of liveability, including secure shelter, improved ventilation, sanitation infrastructure, and access to natural light. These elements are expected to support healthier daily living conditions and greater functional stability for families residing in the homes.

Sharing his perspective on the project, Vachan Singh, Chief Operating Officer of Max Estates Limited, said the initiative reflects the organisation’s Sevabhav approach, centred on service and responsibility beyond commercial development. He noted that partnerships with social organisations allow the company to extend its LiveWell philosophy into communities where housing needs remain unmet.
Commenting on the conclusion of the project, Anand Kumar Bolimera, National Director of Habitat for Humanity India, said the collaboration demonstrates how aligned efforts between the private sector and non profit organisations can translate into tangible community outcomes. He added that each completed home represents a step toward greater stability and opportunity for families.

The project highlights the role of cross sector collaboration in addressing housing access through structured, time bound initiatives. By combining development capability with community engagement, the partnership focused on delivering housing outcomes within a defined framework.
With the completion of both phases, the affordable housing project in Rewari district stands concluded, reflecting a shared effort to address local housing requirements through coordinated action.

  • Redcliffe Labs Reveals Men Face Greater Heart Risk in India, Launches Free hs-CRP Test Campaign for Father’s Day

New nationwide data shows Indian men exhibit higher levels of cardiac risk markers, Redcliffe Labs responds with preventive screening initiative for men.

India, June 13, 2025 ,  As Father’s Day approaches, Redcliffe Labs has released a comprehensive pan-India health study that unveils a concerning trend: Indian men exhibit significantly more abnormal results in key heart health markers than women. The study analyzed over 1 lakh diagnostic records from across the country, spotlighting the urgent need for early detection.
To address this issue, Redcliffe Labs is offering a free hs-CRP (High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein) test with every men’s full-body health check-up as part of its Father’s Day campaign.
    Key Study Highlights

    • Cholesterol: 40.2% of men vs. 29.6% of women had elevated total cholesterol
    • LDL (“Bad” Cholesterol): 43.9% of men vs. 31.7% of women
    • Triglycerides: 37.4% of men vs. 27.1% of women
    • hs-CRP (Inflammation Marker): 45.3% of men vs. 34.2% of women

These metrics are early indicators of chronic cardiovascular risk, including strokes, heart attacks, and arterial blockages.

    “Heart Disease Doesn’t Happen Overnight”
“Men are at higher risk not because of fate, but because of avoidance,” said Aditya Kandoi, Co-founder & CEO of Redcliffe Labs. “These results are red flags waving years in advance. Our Father’s Day initiative isn’t just a campaign, it’s a wake-up call.”
The data suggests Indian men are disproportionately affected due to late diagnostics, unmanaged stress, dietary issues, and delayed medical interventions. Redcliffe Labs’ mission is to change this narrative from reaction to prevention.
    Campaign Details

    • Offer: Free hs-CRP test with every men’s full-body checkup
    • Validity: June 14–24, 2025
