Max Estates Concludes Affordable Housing Collaboration, Completes a Two Phase Housing Project in Rewari District
Max Estates Limited has completed a two phase affordable housing project in Haryana’s Rewari district in partnership with Habitat for Humanity India, marking the conclusion of a community focused collaboration aimed at expanding access to permanent housing.
The completion of the second phase was marked by a handover ceremony attended by homeowners, village representatives, and teams from both organisations. The event acknowledged the culmination of construction activities and the transition of the homes to resident families.
Sharing his perspective on the project, Vachan Singh, Chief Operating Officer of Max Estates Limited, said the initiative reflects the organisation’s Sevabhav approach, centred on service and responsibility beyond commercial development. He noted that partnerships with social organisations allow the company to extend its LiveWell philosophy into communities where housing needs remain unmet.
The project highlights the role of cross sector collaboration in addressing housing access through structured, time bound initiatives. By combining development capability with community engagement, the partnership focused on delivering housing outcomes within a defined framework.
