Hisense India chief Pankaj Rana reflects on the technologies presented at CES 2026
Home entertainment hardware shifts toward bigger screens and deeper colour performance
Home entertainment hardware is moving decisively toward larger screens and more advanced colour performance, a shift underscored by the technologies presented by Hisense at CES 2026. At the global technology exhibition, the company showcased its latest developments across televisions, laser projection, and smart home solutions, reflecting broader changes in how consumers experience content at home.
Laser projection formed another key pillar of the showcase. Hisense introduced the XR10 Laser Projector, which delivers up to 6,000 ANSI lumens and supports projection sizes of up to 300 inches. Using TriChroma laser technology, the projector is positioned for large format home cinema environments, addressing growing interest in immersive viewing beyond traditional television sizes.
Hisense’s presence at CES 2026 also included recognition for its role in global sports viewing infrastructure. The Hisense Elite Collection for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ was acknowledged by a delegation led by FIFA President Gianni Infantino. The collection integrates large screen televisions and laser projection systems designed for both professional match operations and home viewing environments.
Hisense’s technology leadership at CES 2026 was further reinforced through four CES Innovation Awards. Among the award recipients, the 163 MX and the X-zone Master each received CES 2026 Best of Innovation Awards in their respective categories, recognising the company’s advances across display and home appliance technologies.
